Welcome to the 2018 February Healthy Heart Challenge. Fasten your shoelaces and prepare to join us as we exercise together from February 1st to February 28.
Together we achieve more, so share the sign-up link with family, friends and colleagues around the world and encourage them to enter their distances. All participants will be able to download a commemorative certificate at the end of the challenge.
You can measure out, track and log your distances in walking, running, swimming, roller skating, ice skating, rowing, cycling and even in jump rope (800 jumps will equal a Mile).
Pre-K to Grade 6 at Dostyk American International School in Kazakhstan will be wearing pedometers in PE to accumulate additional miles. Grade 7 to 8 students will use their Garmin watch to track their exercise. To convert your steps into mile you can use this website.
